  • Assist and support the surrounding team, being their right hand person
  • Diary management and co-ordination
  • Set up meetings and workshops
  • Prepare meetings, take minutes and follow up action points
  • Produce reports, documents and presentations
  • Assist with preparation of bids, tenders and submissions
  • Research and investigate tasks and information
  • Administration 

Skills & experience

To be successful in this role you will be super organised, thrives off assisting and supporting the surrounding team with a variety of tasks and duties and takes responsibility for your role and actions. Other sought after attributes include: 

  • Microsoft office suite, Microsoft projects advantageous
  • Wrike project software knowledge advantageous
  • Confidentiality
  • High level of initiative and strong organisation skills
  • Able to cope under pressure and apply a sense of urgency
  • Adaptable, flexible, willing and can do attitude
