An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with proven sales and or recruitment experience to join our successful and hardworking team as a Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for someone with exceptional drive, passion, commercial sophistication and well-honed relationship management skills.
In this role of Recruitment Consultant you will be required to grow and expand your desk through business development, relationship management and introductions to existing and new clients. In conjunction with business development you will be managing the end to end recruitment process including: advertising, interviewing, placing candidates into temp, perm and contract roles along with managing client relationships.
You will be joining a close knit, high performing, high spirited and fun team – your contribution to the fun team spirit is a must. By joining our experienced team at Cavanagh & Associates you will work alongside a team who have a wealth of experience working in the recruitment sector.
